diary_appointmentThe way we are booking appointments has now changed.

Due to increased demand  we have had to change the way we book appointments. The GP's have decided that they would like patients to complete an e-consultation on the day the appointment is needed, wherever possible. This can be found on the front page of our webpage and does not require a username or password. It is important that we have your up to date contact numbers. E-consultation is available Mon-Fri from 8.00 until the surgery is full for the day. If you are unable to complete an E-consultation during these hours and you feel your problem is urgent please call the surgery.

All appointments will be triaged by a clinician to ascertain whether a face to face appointment is necessary.

We will still have a few slots available on the day that will open at 8.00 but priority is given to e-consultations.

We no longer ask patients to call at 14.00.

The practice is now able to offer patients the additional choice of evening or weekend non-urgent appointments.  These appointments are available to patients across Warrington as part of the Warrington health Plus Extended Access Service.  The appointments are available at Bath Street Health and Wellbeing Centre between the hours of 6pm to 8pm on Saturdays and Sundays, for non urgent patients only, on a first come first serve basis.  The appointments must be booked in advance and can only be accessed following referral to the service by your own practice.  It is not a same day appointment service.  If you would find a later or weekend appointment more convenient, please ask the receptionist when booking a non urgent GP appointment.

Extended Opening

We are now pleased to offer the choice of an appointment from 18:30 on Tuesday evenings and 07:30 on Wednesday mornings.  These are by prior appointment only and are intended for those patients who find it difficult to attend our regular daily surgeries.  Please ring reception to book one of these appointments.

Telephone Advice

If you would like to speak to a GP for advice please complete an e-consultation MON- FRI only and someone from the surgery will be in touch within 48hrs.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse or ANP rather than a doctor.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
